The Investment Process

A straightforward, transparent process designed to give investors confidence at every stage — from initial enquiry to portfolio management.

Step 1 — Initial Enquiry
Contact our investment team via the form on this website, by email, or at one of our upcoming investor roadshows. Our team will respond within 48 hours to schedule an initial consultation call to understand your investment objectives and share an introductory project overview.
Step 2 — Investment Information Package
Following the initial consultation, qualified investors receive a comprehensive Investment Information Package including the full project prospectus, financial models, master plan documentation, legal structure, risk assessment, and projected returns. NDA required for full disclosure.
Step 3 — Due Diligence & Site Visit
Serious investors are invited on a curated site visit to Limbe, Cameroon, to experience the project location first-hand, meet the development team, visit partner organizations, and review the progress of Phase 1 construction. Due diligence support is provided throughout.
Step 4 — Term Sheet & Legal Documentation
Upon agreement in principle, a term sheet is issued outlining all investment terms, return structures, governance rights, and exit provisions. Our legal team, in conjunction with investor counsel, prepares all investment agreements compliant with Cameroonian law and relevant international jurisdiction.
Step 5 — Closing & Portfolio Onboarding
Following legal completion and fund transfer, investors are onboarded to our secure investor portal for real-time progress reporting, financial updates, and quarterly board briefings. Dedicated relationship managers ensure ongoing communication and portfolio transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
