The
Master Plan
125+ Hectares.
Six Distinct Zones.
The Enrich Resort City™ master plan is a comprehensive blueprint for a fully integrated resort city spanning 125+ hectares in the Limbe–Mondoli corridor of Cameroon's Southwest Region.
Designed by Vavaki Architects with input from international hospitality, sustainability, and smart infrastructure experts, the master plan creates a seamless blend of luxury, nature, and technology.
Six Zones,
One Vision
Each zone within the master plan plays a distinct role — together creating a self-contained, world-class resort city designed for sustainable growth.

The hospitality zone forms the commercial heart of Enrich Resort City™. It encompasses a flagship 5-star resort hotel, a boutique business hotel, an international conference and convention center capable of hosting 2,000+ delegates, multiple restaurants and bars, night entertainment venues, and a private beach club.
All hospitality facilities will be managed under the Marriott Hotels brand to ensure world-class standards and international marketing reach.
Residential communities within Enrich Resort City™ offer a spectrum of living options — from luxury waterfront villas and hillside estate homes to serviced apartments and vacation residences. All residential zones feature 24/7 security, private gardens, access to resort amenities, and connection to the smart city utility network.
Residences are offered on freehold and leasehold structures, with hospitality management rental programs available for investor owners.
The recreation zone features an 18-hole championship golf course designed to international standards, a world-class spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, a dedicated children's activity zone, and 8km of landscaped walking and cycling trails.
The golf course will be designed to showcase Limbe's dramatic volcanic landscape, with fairways that frame views of Mount Cameroon and the Atlantic Ocean.
The marine tourism zone leverages Limbe's exceptional coastal position. The planned marina will accommodate 80+ leisure vessels, with fueling facilities, maintenance services, and customs clearance for international arrivals. Waterfront promenades, seafood restaurants, and water sports facilities complete the marine leisure offering.
Diving, snorkeling, and guided marine tours will introduce guests to the extraordinary biodiversity of Limbe's volcanic coastline, including the internationally recognized Bakingili Underwater Forest.
In partnership with Supernova Energy, the smart infrastructure zone deploys a 5MW solar energy array providing 40% of the resort city's power needs, fibre-optic broadband connectivity throughout the development, intelligent water and waste management systems, and a modern road network with smart traffic management.
The result is a resilient, sustainable, and digitally connected resort city — reducing operational costs and environmental impact while enhancing the guest and resident experience.
The commercial zone provides retail outlets, artisan markets showcasing Cameroonian crafts and culture, international brand stores, office spaces for businesses serving the resort city, a medical center, an international school, and professional service hubs. This zone creates a self-sufficient urban economy that supports the wider resort city ecosystem.
