Each phase of the Enrich Resort City™ development is designed to build progressively on the last, creating a clear and structured path from initial validation to full operational readiness.

PHASE ONE
Technical Validation
Comprehensive environmental assessments, engineering studies, and site surveys establish the technical foundation for all subsequent phases, ensuring the development proceeds on the strongest possible basis.
PHASE TWO
Infrastructure Preparation
Energy systems, water infrastructure, telecommunications networks, and road development are established — creating the connected, sustainable backbone that will support the entire resort city.
PHASE THREE
Construction
Resort hotels, residential communities, commercial zones, and leisure infrastructure are constructed across the 125+ hectare site, transforming the Limbe–Mondoli corridor into a world-class destination.
PHASE FOUR
Operational Launch
Enrich Resort City™ opens its doors — with hospitality operations, tourism activities, and programming fully activated, and the project integrated into Cameroon's national tourism network.
Q3 2023
Master Plan Completion
Vavaki Architects delivers the full 125-hectare master plan — including all six zones, infrastructure layout, phasing strategy, and architectural design guidelines.
Q1 2024
Capital Raise — Phase 1 Launch
Investment prospectus launched internationally. Makinen Suisse SA leads investor roadshow in Geneva, London, Dubai, and Douala. Phase 1 funding round opens to accredited investors.
Q3 2024
Site Preparation Begins
Ground-breaking ceremony attended by Government officials, community leaders, and investors. Site preparation, land survey finalisation, and primary access road construction commences.
Q2 2025
Core Infrastructure & Energy
Primary utilities network installed. Supernova Energy completes Phase 1 solar array construction. Water treatment and distribution systems operational. Construction of flagship hotel commences.
Q4 2025
Beach Club & Promenade Opens
The resort's first guest-facing venue — the beach club and waterfront promenade — opens to the public, marking Enrich Resort City's first operational milestone. Pre-opening bookings begin.
Q2 2026
Flagship Resort Hotel Opens
The 200-key flagship hotel — operated under the Marriott brand — officially opens. Full suite of dining, wellness, and leisure amenities operational. Phase 1 residential village handovers begin.
